## Purpose

Die Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und verfolgt keinen Erwerbszweck. Sie ist politisch und konfessionell neutral. Sie bezweckt, ihren Mitgliedern moderne und preisgünstige Wohnungen zu verschaffen. Dabei sind das Mehr- und Einfamilienhaus in für Siedlungsbau geeigneten Lagen und Gegenden zu bevorzugen. Die Genossenschaft kann in ihren Gebäuden Räume für geschäftliche Dienstleistungen anbieten. Die Genossenschaft erreicht ihren Zweck durch a) Ankauf von Land und Erstellung von soliden, zweckmässigen Wohnbauten, das heisst Mehr- und Einfamilienhäusern, Alterswohnungen, Eigentumswohnungen sowie die Erstellung von Wohnbauten im Baurecht; b) allfälligen Kauf von bereits bestehenden Gebäuden und deren Umbau; c) sorgfältigen und laufenden Unterhalt und periodische Erneuerung der bestehenden Bauten; d) Errichtung von Ersatzneubauten, wenn die bestehenden Bauten nicht mehr auf wirtschaftlich vertretbare Art und Weise erneuert werden können. Die Vermietung der Genossenschaftswohnungen erfolgt im Allgemeinen nur an Genossenschafter. Die Mitglieder sind verpflichtet, selber in den von ihnen gemieteten Wohnungen zu wohnen und dort zivilrechtlichen Wohnsitz zu haben. Die ganze oder teilweise Untervermietung einer Wohnung oder einzelner Zimmer ist nur mit vorgängiger Zustimmung des Vorstandes zulässig. Der Vorstand kann die Zustimmung zu einem entsprechenden Gesuch aus den in Art. 262 Abs. 2 OR genannten Gründen verweigern.
