Sicherung der Arbeitsplätze in und des Fortbestandes von den Firmen der Theurillat-Gruppe, namentlich "Theurillat Holding AG", "Theurillat Treuhand AG", Theurillat AG Treuhandgesellschaft für Immobilien", Theurillat Bau AG" einschliesslich Tochter- und Nachfolgerfirmen, insbesondere auch durch Sanierungszuschüsse für den Fall, dass eines dieser Unternehmen so notleidend werden sollte, dass es ohne Sanierung liquidiert werden müsste. Förderung gemeinnütziger Werke von erzieherischem Wert, hauptsächlich im Gebiet der Kantone Basel-Stadt, Baselland und Solothurn.
