## Purpose

Die Ziele, im Sinne welcher der Verein errichtet worden ist, sind: Den Beruf der Anlage Analyse und der Portfolio Verwaltung zu fördern. Eine Prüfung oder Prüfungen ("die Prüfungen") auf internationaler Ebene zu schaffen, um die Kandidaten in der Theorie und Praxis der Anlage Analyse, Portfolio Verwaltung sowie der damit verbundenen Fachrichtungen ("die Fachrichtungen"), zu prüfen und zu bewerten. Kandidaten, die alle wesentlichen Teile der Prüfungen erfolgreich abgelegt haben und die auch solch zusätzliche Voraussetzungen, wie von Zeit zu Zeit vom Verein festgelegt werden, erfüllen, eine berufliche Eignung zu verleihen. Ein Forum für die Schaffung und den Austausch von Ideen und Informationen in den Fachrichtungen unter denjenigen Personen anzuregen und zur Verfügung zu stellen, die beruflich bedeutend in den einzelnen Fachrichtungen involviert sind; Das allgemeine Verständnis der bedeutenden Aufgaben und Praxen sowie die Verfahrensweise des Wertschriftenmarktes und anderer Anlagemärkte zu fördern; Die Interessen der Anlagegemeinschaft zu stützen und zu fördern; Die passenden Wissens- und Fähigkeitsniveaus für Investment-Analytiker herzustellen und beizubehalten; Das ethische Verhalten unter denen in die Fachrichtungen involvierten Personen zu fördern.
