## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die ausserobligatorische berufliche Vorsorge gemäss Art.1e BVV2 für die Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeber der der Stiftung angeschlossenen Unternehmen mit Sitz oder Betriebsstätte in der Schweiz sowie für deren Angehörige und Hinterlassene gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Tod und lnvalidität. Der Anschluss des Unternehmens erfolgt aufgrund einer schriftlichen Anschlussvereinbarung. Der Stiftungsrat erlässt ein Reglement über die Leistungen, die Organisation, die Verwaltung und die Finanzierung sowie über die Kontrolle der Stiftung. Er legt im Reglement das Verhältnis zu den angeschlossenen Unternehmen, zu den Versicherten und zu den Anspruchsberechtigten fest. Das Reglement kann vom Stiftungsrat unter Wahrung der erworbenen Rechtsansprüche der Destinatäre geändert werden. Das Reglement und seine Änderungen sind der Aufsichtsbehörde einzureichen.Die Stiftung errichtet für die einzelnen angeschlossenen Unternehmen nach objektiven Kriterien separate Vorsorgewerke. Zur Erreichung ihres Zweckes kann die Stiftung Versicherungsrisiken vollumfänglich bei in der Schweiz konzessionierten Lebensversicherungsgesellschaften abdecken, indem sie entsprechende Verträge abschliesst oder in bestehende Versicherungsverträge eintritt. Die Stiftung muss stets selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein.
