Company Purpose
Förderung der Risikokapitalfinanzierung für Klein- und Mittelunternehmen (KMU). Das SVCC betreibt zu diesem Zweck das Venture Capital Center (VCC) und die Venture Capital Stock Exchange (VCX) in Basel. Das VCC funktioniert als zentrale Anlauf- und Kontaktstelle sowie als Fach- und Beratungsstelle (Kompetenzzentrum) für risikokapitalsuchende KMU und Investoren. Die VCX betreibt als Risikokapitalbörse den Effektenhandel mit Valoren der KMU. Das SVCC soll gesamtschweizerisch und europaweit tätig sein.
