## Purpose

Der Verein wahrt und fördert die Interessen seiner Mitglieder der Textil- und Bekleidungsbranche. So namentlich in den Bereichen der Wirtschaftspolitik, Nachhaltigkeit, Technologie, Design und Fachkräfte gegenüber der Öffentlichkeit, der Politik, den Behörden sowie anderer Organisationen und Interessensgruppen und fördert deren Vernetzung untereinander und mit Dritten. Der Verein kann Aufgaben übernehmen, die nicht nur den angeschlossenen Mitgliedern, sondern auch weiteren Kreisen des Handels und der Industrie sowie allgemeinen volkswirtschaftlichen Interessen dienen oder die ihm von den zuständigen Behörden übertragen werden. Der Verein kann schweizerischen und internationalen Vereinigungen beitreten oder mit diesen eine Vereinbarung abschliessen. Voraussetzung ist, dass diese Kooperation zur Wahrung der verbandlichen Zweckbestimmung erforderlich und budgetkonfom ist. Details sind separat schriftlich zu regeln. Der Verein kann Grundstücke und Liegenschaften erwerben und veräussern und kann Inhaber von Immaterialgüterrechten sein.
