Bezweckt, einen qualitativ hochstehenden Schweizer IT - Consulting Nachwuchs zu fördern. Grundsätzlich soll der Nachwuchs aus allen Bereichen gefördert werden. Das heisst, dass jeder, der das nötige Potential mitbringt und fähig ist, die Kurse der "Swiss IT Society" belegen kann und bei Bestehen der Abschlussprüfung auch ein entsprechendes Diplom erhält. Es wird jedoch angestrebt, diese Möglichkeit nur solchen Bewerbern zu geben, die eine Elite, wie sie von der "Swiss IT Society" angestrebt wird, auch repräsentieren. Zusätzlich wird eine intensive Beziehungspflege zu Aus- und Weiterbildungsinstitutionen gelebt und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis unterstützt und gefördert.
