## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt den Aufbau und Betrieb der "Swiss International Law School (SiLS)". Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen dieses Zwecks im In- und Ausland tätig. In Erfüllung ihres Zwecks soll die Stiftung insbesondere: Studienangebote für die Aus- und Weiterbildung von international orientierten Juristinnen und Juristen entwickeln; im Rahmen dieser Studiengänge das Bewusstsein und Verständnis für unterschiedliche Rechtskulturen und -traditionen entwickeln und schärfen; sich die Erkenntnisse und Methoden moderner Didaktik, vor allem im Bereich der Erwachsenenbildung, zu Nutze machen und die Lernformateentsprechend strukturieren; darum bemüht sein, ihre Studienangebote einem ethnisch und kulturell diversifizierten Personenkreis zugänglich machen. Die Stiftung erstrebt keinen Gewinn.
