## Purpose

Die Stiftung gewährleistet die Weiterführung und Unabhängigkeit der Zeitung Südostschweiz, Ausgabe Graubünden. Zu diesem Zweck hält die Stiftung eine Beteiligungan der SOGV AG. Sie bezweckt ferner, an verdiente Mitarbeiter und deren Angehörige bei Krankheit, Bedürftigkeit oder anderen Notlagen freiwillige Beiträge auszurichten. Die Stiftung kann alle Aktivitäten entfalten, die dem Stiftungszweck dienlich sind.
