Sie arbeitet engmit zielverwandten Organisationen und Behörden zusammen. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keine kommerziellen Ziele. Sie ist parteipolitisch unabhängig und konfessionell neutral.
