## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Einrichtung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Angeboten im Bereich Wohnen und Integration für Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen. Sie kann sich an andern gleichartigen gemeinnützigen Unternehmungen der Region beteiligen oder solche erwerben sowie alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Stiftung zu fördern. Sie kann insbesondere auch Grundstücke (Art. 656 ZGB) erwerben oder veräussern.
