## Purpose

Die Stiftung setzt sich in der Öffentlichkeit und bei einschlägigen Institutionen für mehr Verständnis gegenüber Menschen mit psychischer, physischer oder sozialer Beeinträchtigung ein (z. B. mit Veranstaltungen und politischen Vorstössen). Die Stiftung fördert in geeigneter Weise die Integration von Menschen mit psychischer, physischer oder sozialer Beeinträchtigung durch den Betrieb geeigneter Einrichtungen (z. B. Tagesstätten, geschützten Werkstätten, Betriebe mit Integrationsarbeitsplätzen, Wohnheimen, ambulante Dienste) sowie Fach- und Beratungsstellen, welche die berufliche und soziale Integration fördern. Sie kann die Trägerschaft solcher Einrichtungen übernehmen. Die Stiftung übernimmt die bestehenden Angebote des Vereins für Sozialpsychiatrie Zürcher Unterland (VSPZU) und führt diese in dessen Sinne weiter. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen der Zwecksetzung im Kanton Zürich mit Fokus auf das Zürcher Unterland tätig. Die Stiftung ist ermächtigt, unter Wahrung der Priorität des Kantons Zürich auch Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung zu berücksichtigen, die steuerrechtlich einen ausserkantonalen Wohnsitz haben. Die Stiftung arbeitet eng mit Institutionen ähnlicher Zielsetzung, mit Gemeinden, Behörden und Versorgern zusammen. Kooperationen und Leistungsverträge sind möglich und erwünscht. Die nähere Bestimmung über die Durchführung des Stiftungszweckes beschliesst der Stiftungsrat; er erlässt hierüber ein Stiftungsreglement. Die Stiftung hat keinen Erwerbszweck und strebt keinen Gewinn an.
