## Purpose

Zweck der Stiftung ist die Betreuung, sinnvolle Beschäftigung und angemessene Förderung jugendlicher und erwachsener Menschen beiderlei Geschlechts mit Autismus oder anderen Wahrnehmungsbehinderungen, nach Vorgaben des Bundesamtes für Sozialversicherung und der Behörden des Kantons Zürich. Soweit möglich und erwünscht, werden auch Menschen mit einer anderen Behinderung aufgenommen. Die spezifische Weiterbildung und Vorbereitung von Betreuungspersonal auch anderer Institutionen zur fachgerechten Betreuung und Förderung von Menschen mit Autismus und anderen Wahrnehmungsbehinderungen. Im Rahmen ihrer Zweckbestimmung betreibt die Stiftung ein Verbundsystem von Wohnheimen mit integrierter Beschäftigung im Kanton Zürich. Sie kann bei Bedarf, in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Behörden, weitere Wohnheime und/oder Werkstätten errichten.
