## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt das beitragsfinanzierte Äufnen von Mitteln für ein Vorruhestandsmodell nach dem Rentenwertumlageverfahren, das den Arbeitnehmenden des Gebäudehüllengewerbes die Möglichkeit bietet, nach vollendetem 60. Altersjahr, aber vor Erreichen des ordentlichen Pensionierungsalters, in den Ruhestand zu treten oder das Arbeitspensum zu reduzieren, indem ihnen dafür finanzielle Zuschüsse ausgerichtet werden. Diese Zuschüsse müssen nicht den gesamten Lohnausfall abdecken. Die Stiftung bezweckt ausschliesslich das Erbringen von Leistungen beim Eintritt des umschriebenen Risikos und erbringt daher nur Überbrückungsrenten oder Härtefallleistungen gemäss GAV-VRM. Aus den Beiträgen der Destinatäre dürfen nur diese Leistungen sowie die administrativen Kosten der Stiftung finanziert werden. Sie kann ihre Tätigkeit auf andere Bereiche/Branchen ausdehnen, soweit diese mit dem vorgenannten Zweck in Übereinstimmung stehen. Der Stiftungsrat erlässt Reglemente über Leistungen, Organisation, Finanzierung und Verwaltung der Stiftung. Die Reglemente können vom Stiftungsrat unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben abgeändert werden. Alle Reglements haben sich zwingend an den Vorgaben des GAV-VRM zu orientieren. Die Stiftung kann die operative Umsetzung des Stiftungszwecks einer dafür geeigneten externen Organisation übertragen. Insbesondere kann die Stiftung zur Erreichung ihres Zwecks Versicherungsverträge abschliessen oder in bestehende Verträge eintreten, wobei sie selbst Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein muss.
