## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt den Bau und den Betrieb von Wohnheimen, eines Schulheimes (heilpädagogische Sonderschule und Schulinternat) samt heilpädagogischem Kindergarten und Kinderkrippe, einer Tagesstätte sowie geschützten Werkstätten und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten in Dielsdorf und anderen Standorten für Menschen mit cerebralen Bewegungsstörungen und Wohnsitz im Kanton Zürich. Es können auch Menschen mit anderen Behinderungen aufgenommen werden. Die Stiftung ergreift hiezu alle notwendigen Massnahmen, im Besonderen solche zur Schulung, Förderung, Eingliederung und der dauernden Beschäftigung. Die Stiftung kann zur Betreuung und Förderung von Menschen mit Behinderung weitere Heime und andere Einrichtungen errichten und betreiben. Die Stiftung ergreift alle Massnahmen, um auch die Aufgaben des Familienersatzes für ältere Menschen mit Behinderung zu erfüllen. Die Stiftung ist ermächtigt, unter Wahrung der Priorität des Kantons Zürich auch Menschen mit Behinderung zu berücksichtigen, die steuerrechtlich einen ausserkantonalen Wohnsitz haben. Der Stiftungsrat ist insbesondere ermächtigt, die für die Erreichung des Stiftungszwecks notwendigen Landkäufe zutätigen und entsprechende Kauf- und Grundpfandverträge abzuschliessen. Die näheren Bestimmungen über die Durchführung des Stiftungszweckes beschliesst der Stiftungsrat; er erlässt hierüber ein Stiftungsreglement.
