## Purpose

Der Stiftungszweck kann auch durch Zuwendungen an andere öffentliche, gemeinnützige oder steuerbefreite soziale Institutionen erfüllt werden, welche im Sinne des Stiftungszweckes tätig sind. Soweit die Stiftung Zuwendungen in der Form von Aktien oder Beteiligungen an Unternehmungen erhält, darf sie unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen im Verwaltungsrat mitwirken, wobei die wirtschaftliche Selbständigkeit der Gesellschaft respektive des Unternehmens gewährleistet sein muss.
