## Purpose

Bau, Betrieb und Unterhalt einer Radrennbahn samt Mehrfachturnhalle zur multifunktionalen Nutzung in Grenchen, welche auf einem Areal errichtet werden soll, das von der Einwohnergemeinde der Stadt Grenchen zur Verfügung gestellt wird und vorwiegend für den Radsport, aber auch andere Sportarten sowie übrige (nicht sportliche) Zwecke geeignet ist. Die Stiftung überlässt die Radrennbahn in gemeinnütziger Weise insbesondere dem obersten Schweizer Radsportverband Swiss Cycling als Trainingscenter zur Nachwuchsförderung und zur Ausbildung von zukünftigen Spitzenathletinnen und -athleten im Bahn- und Strassen-Radsportbereich. Zur Förderung des Rad-Breitensports kann die Bahn auch lokalen und nationalen Veloclubs zur Verfügung gestellt weden. Die Mehrfachturnhalle und die übrigen Anlagen stehen für Schulen und lokale Sportvereine und -gruppen offen, sofern deren Sport mit den baulichen Eigenschaften der Halle vereinbar ist und sich innerhalb des rechtlichen Rahmens der Stiftung bewegt.
