## Purpose

Die Stiftung soll den Dialog und Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen Vertretern der Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und Politik ermöglichen, um gesellschaftsrelevante Themen wie zum Beispiel Fragen zur Informationstechnologie, zum Klimawandel, zur Ernährungssicherheit, zum Welthandel, zur Ausbildung etc. gemeinsam zu diskutieren. Gleichzeitig soll sie auch die Diskussion zur Zukunft der Demokratien, des Sozialstaates und einer Marktwirtschaft, die zwar frei, aber gleichzeitig solidarisch und umweltbewusst sein muss, fördern. Ziel ist es, mit diesem Dialog nachhaltige Lösungsansätze anzuregen. Dazu führt die Stiftung Anlässe durch, um ein Forum für diesen Dialog zu ermöglichen. Die Stiftung kann überdies Projekte zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung durch finanzielle Unterstützung fördern sowie für besondere Leistungen Anerkennungen in Form von Preisen verleihen. Die Stiftung ist nicht gewinnorientiert. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen dieser Zwecksetzung in der ganzen Schweiz tätig. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet. Erwerbszwecke sind ausgeschlossen.
