## Purpose

Die Stiftung hat die Güter der Ortsbürgergemeinde Neu-Lengnau übernommen. Sie verpflichtet sich, die von den Vorfahren seit 1750 geschaffenen religiösen und kulturellen Werte zu erhalten und die Synagoge in Lengnau AG jüdischen Gemeinden der Schweiz und deren Familien zur Benützung für Gottesdienste, kulturelle sowie familiäre Anlässe (Konzerte, Hochzeiten usw.) zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Synagoge kann auch für kulturelle Zwecke genützt werden. Ein Reglement, welches vom Stiftungsrat verabschiedet werden muss, und das der Zustimmung des Rabbinates der israelitischen Cultusgemeinde Zürich bedarf, regelt jeweils die Benützungsbedingungen. Die Stiftung kann alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Stiftung zu fördern, oder die direkt oder indirekt mit ihm im Zusammenhang stehen, insbesondere kann sie zur Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes Grundstücke erwerben, veräussern, bebauen, belasten, mieten und vermieten.
