## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Linderung des Schicksals von blinden und sehbehinderten Menschen durch Forschung (explizit durch Stifterwillen sind hier ausgenommen jegliche Formen von Tierversuchen), Aufklärung, Beratung und Rehabilitation. Die Stiftung kann auch andere Personen unterstützen, deren Alltag durch ein Gebrechen irgendwelcher Art so eingeschränkt ist, dass Hilfestellung nötig ist. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck. Sie kann Liegenschaften erwerben, halten und veräussern.
