## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Unterstützung der nachstehenden Destinatäre bei Unfällen, in Notlagen, bei Hilfsangeboten im sozialen Bereich sowie bei Dienstleistungen und Projekten. Destinatäre sind folgende Personen mit Wohnsitz im Kanton St.Gallen: die Bäuerinnen und Bauern, die landwirtschaftlichen Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer, die Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer von bäuerlichen Organisationen. Soweit die Stiftung Destinatären Rechtsansprüche gewährt, stellt sie Reglemente auf, welche im Rahmen dieser Stiftungsurkunde den Kreis der Destinatäre, deren Rechtsstellung, Art und Umfang der Leistungen sowie alle sonst erforderlichen Modalitäten umschreiben. Die Stiftung hat das Recht, diese Reglemente unter Wahrung bereits bestehender Rechtsansprüche von Destinatären jederzeit ganz oder teilweise abzuändern. Die Reglemente und deren Änderungen sind der Aufsichtsbehörde jeweils bekanntzugeben. Die Stiftung darf keinesfalls zu Leistungen herangezogen werden, zu denen der Stifterverband oder deren Rechtsnachfolgerin gesetzlich verpflichtet ist.
