## Purpose

Die Stiftung dient der Förderung des gemeinnützigen, insbesondere genossenschaftlichen Wohnungsbaus sowie der Mithilfe bei der finanziellen Sanierung notleidender gemeinnütziger Wohnbauträger. Durch die Unterstützung soll der gemeinnützige Wohnungsbau auch in qualitativer Hinsicht verbessert werden.
