## Purpose

Zweck der Stiftung ist es, im Kanton Glarus in fünfjährigen Abständen die Ausstellung "Skulptura Glarus" zu organisieren sowie weitere Aktivitäten mit kulturellen Zwecken zu unternehmen und zu fördern und alle weiteren damit im Zusammenhang stehenden Tätigkeiten auszuführen. Die Stiftung kann ferner den Landesfuss- und Fahrtsweg mit 3dimensionalen Bildhauerartikeln aufwerten, um den "Fridliweg" als Wanderweg einer breiten Öffentlichkeit in Erinnerung zu rufen. Die Stiftung ist nicht gewinnstrebig.
