## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Durchführung in möglichst regelmässigen zeitlichen Abständen von Ausstellungen von Kunstwerken, namentlich Plastiken, im öffentlichen Raum in Biel/Bienne. Die Stiftung kann andere Künstler, deren Werken sie besondere Bedeutung zumisst zur Teilnahme an den Ausstellungen einladen. Die Stiftung kann darüber hinaus das Kunstschaffen und kulturelle Arbeit fördern.
