## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Erwerbung, dauernde Erhaltung und Pflege im Sinne der Denkmalpflege des im 12. Jahrhundert errichteten Schlosses Laupen samt seiner Ausstattung sowie den Park- und Gartenanlagen. Ein besonderes Augenmerk ist auf die Alte Stadtringmauer mit Wehrgang zu richten. Die Öffnung des Schlosses zur Besichtigung und Benutzung zu musealen Zwecken. Die Benützung des Schlosses und seiner Umgebung für angemessene kulturelle und gesellschaftliche Veranstaltungen in den dafür geeigneten Räumen, soweit dadurch das Schloss und die Anlage weder gefährdet, noch sonstwie beeinträchtigt werden. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck.
