## Purpose

Die Stiftung nutzt die positive Kraft des Spielens und des Sports, innerhalb und ausserhalb der Klassenzimmer, um Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung und beim Erwerben von grundlegenden Fähigkeiten zu unterstützen. Sie schafft, betreibt, unterstützt und fördert Spiel- und Sportprogramme, welche die physische und mentale Gesundheit, die soziale Integration, die Rechte, die Chancengleichheit, die Ausbildung und die Lebensqualität von Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie deren Gemeinschaften nachhaltig verbessern, welche unter den Folgen von Armut, sozialer oder wirtschaftlicher Unsicherheit, bewaffneten Konflikten, Vertreibung oder Flucht leiden. Die Stiftung unterstützt internationale Organisationen mit ähnlichen Zielen. Sie sensibilisiert die nationale und internationale Öffentlichkeit in Bezug auf die Wichtigkeit des spiel- und sportbasierten Lernens und auf die Rechte der Kinder, informiert über die geplanten und laufenden Entwicklungsprojekte und ersucht um moralische und finanzielle Unterstützung für diese Projekte bei Privaten und in der Öffentlichkeit. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke. Sie kann Zweigstellen oder Niederlassungen im In- und Ausland errichten.
