## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung von Personal im Gesundheitswesen vorwiegend im Seeland unter Berücksichtigung des Pflegebedarfs in allen Bereichen, insbesondere in der Akut- und der Langzeitpflege. Sie kann Lernende von Pflegeberufen aus dem Seeland während der Ausbildung finanziell unterstützen, sofern eine Ausbildung an fehlenden anderen Mitteln scheitern würde.
