## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Verbreitung des christlichen Glaubens und christlicher Wertvorstellungen neuapostolischer Prägung. Sie unterstützt Gebietskirchen (Neuapostolische Kirchen in einem Land) und ihr nahe stehende Institutionen mit Finanz oder Sachmitteln bei der Erbringung kirchlicher Dienste. Zudem erbringt sie Nothilfe-, Förder- und Unterstützungsbeiträge an Mitglieder (natürliche und juristische Personen) der Neuapostolischen Kirche im In- und Ausland. Die Stiftung beschafft oder finanziert Immobilien, kirchliche Infrastruktur und Sachmittelwie beispielsweise Fahrzeuge, Musikinstrumente, Geräte (z.B. Personal Computer, Mobiltelefone usw.), Drucksachen, Büroeinrichtungen, usw. Im weiteren finanziert die Stiftung die Instandhaltung oder Instandsetzung kirchlicher Infrastruktur, Gemeinschaftsanlässe und Ausbildungsveranstaltungen im kirchlichen und kirchennahen Kontext. Weiter hat die Stiftung zum Zweck, im Sinn der christlichen Nächstenliebe Nothilfe an Mitglieder der Neuapostolischen Kirche im ln- und Ausland zu leisten. Nothilfe kann sowohl Finanz- als auch Sachmittel beinhalten. Die Stiftung kann Zuwendungen an Einzelpersonen, an neuapostolische Organisationen oder an der Neuapostolischen Kirche nahe stehende Institutionen leisten. Zuwendungen oder Hilfen erfolgen insbesondere in Notsituationen, in Katastrophenfällen und in schwierigen oder besonderen Lebenssituationen. Solche Zuwendungen können in Form von Geld- und Sachleistungen, aber auch in Form von verzinslichen oder unverzinslichen Darlehen erfolgen.
