## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt, eine qualitativ hochstehende medizinische Versorgung zu kostengünstigen Bedingungen anzubieten und/oder zu fördern und setzt sich damit für ein finanziell tragbares Gesundheitswesen ein. Die Stiftung kann Dritten oder Unternehmen, an denen sie direkt oder indirekt beteiligt ist, direkte oder indirekte Finanzierungen gewähren, sei es mittels Darlehen und/oder anderen Finanzierungen, einschliesslich im Rahmen von Cash Pooling Vereinbarungen. Die Stiftung kann für ihre eigenen Verbindlichkeiten oder die Verbindlichkeiten der vorgenannten Personen Sicherheiten jeglicher Art bestellen, einschliesslich mittels Pfandrechten, Abtretungen, fiduziarischen Übereignungen, Garantien jeglicher Art oder mittels Ausgleichsverpflichtungen, ob gegen Entgelt oder nicht, auch wenn solche Finanzierungen, Sicherheiten oder Garantien im ausschliesslichen Interesse von Dritten oder der Unternehmen, an denen sie direkt oder indirekt beteiligt ist, liegen. Im Rahmen der Verfolgung des Hauptzwecks unterstützt und fördert die Stiftung auch die Interessen der Stifterin sowie deren Gruppengesellschaften. Die Stiftung ist nicht gewinnstrebend. Die Stiftung kann Kooperationsverträge mit Krankenversicherungen und anderen Institutionen abschliessen.
