## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Beherbergung und Pflege von älteren Einwohnern der politischen Gemeinden Egg und Mönchaltorf. Der Stiftungsrat kann die Zweckverfolgung auf Einwohner aus anderen Gemeinden des Bezirkes Uster und des Kantons Zürich erweitern. Der Anschluss einer Gemeinde oder einer Körperschaft des privaten Rechts erfolgt aufgrund einer schriftlichen Vereinbarung, die der Aufsichtsbehörde zur Kenntnis zu bringen ist. Die Stiftung kann ihren Zweck erreichen durch die Führung eines Alters- und/oder Pflegeheims, die Errichtung und den Betrieb einer Alterssiedlung oder durch andere Formen der Wohn- und Lebenshilfe im Alter. Die Stiftung verfolgt ihren Zweck auf dem Areal Loogarten in der Gemeinde Esslingen oder in anderen geeigneten Lokalitäten. Die politischen Gemeinden Egg und Mönchaltorf behalten sich eine Änderung des Stiftungszweckes im Sinne von Art. 86a ZGB vor.
