Zu diesem Zwecke kann die Stiftung namentlich den Lohnhof ganz oder zum Teil zu Eigentum, Baurecht, Unterbaurecht, Stockwerkeigentum übernehmen oder für die Liegenschaft als ganze oder Teile davon, namentlich durch Miete, Pacht oder Leihe, Nutzungsverträge abschliessen, mit dem Kanton bzw. der Einwohnergemeinde oder Dritten bezüglich der Renovation, des Umbaus, der Einrichtung zur Neunutzung des Lohnhofes Vereinbarungen schliessen sowie Organisationen und Trägerschaftsstrukturen begründen und betreiben, ferner dem Kanton bzw. der Einwohnergemeinde oder Dritten für die Einrichtung der Neunutzung des Lohnhofes und deren Betrieb mit finanziellen oder anderen Mitteln Beiträge leisten.
