## Purpose

Die Stiftung hat den Zweck, die berufliche Entwicklung der Menschen im Umfeld Logistik / Supply Chain Management zu unterstützen sowie das Ansehen der Branche Logistik / Supply Chain Management zu fördern, insbesondere durch Wecken der Begeisterung für Logistikberufe (Einsteiger, Ausbildung), Förderung der Weiterbildung (z.B. Stipendien-Unterstützung), Unterstützung von "Logistikern in Not", Unterstützung von Langzeit-Stellensuchenden / Ü-50/60-Unterstützung. Um diese Ziele zu erreichen, kann die Stiftung insbesondere Projekte initiieren, welche die Unterstützung der erwähnten Stiftungsziele zum Zweck haben, besondere schulische und universitäre Leistungen honorieren, Auszeichnungen der besonderen Verdienste im Umfeld Logistik/Supply Chain Management vergeben, insbesondere mit Aufnahmen in die "Logistics Hall of Fame Switzerland". Die Stiftung kann auch weitere, hier nicht genannte Aktivitäten entwickeln, sofern sie geeignet sind, dem Stiftungszweck zu dienen. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen der Zwecksetzung vorab in der ganzen Schweiz tätig, kann aber auch im Ausland tätig werden. Die Stiftung hat keinen Erwerbszweck und strebt keinen Gewinn an.
