## Purpose

Die Stiftung erstrebt auf gemeinnütziger Grundlage die Förderung und Gewährung von Miet-Eigentum an natürliche Personen im Kanton Basel-Landschaft, solange diese das Miet-Eigentum selber benutzen. Sie kann durch Beschluss des Stiftungsrates den gleichen Zweck auch im Kanton Basel-Stadt und diesseits des Juras in den Kantonen Solothurn und Aargau erfüllen; sie soll aber vorerst mit den zuständigen kantonalen und kommunalen Behörden Rücksprache nehmen. Die Stiftung kann durch Beschluss des Stiftungsrates ausnahmsweise oder allgemein Miet-Eigentum auch juristischen Personen zur Verfügung stellen.
