## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung des kirchlich-religiösen sowie des weiteren kulturellen Lebens der Gemeinde Jenins. Die Mittel sollen in erster Linie dazu dienen, die evangelische Kirchgemeinde Jenins in der Erfüllung ihrer kirchlichen Aufgabe zu unterstützen. Entsprechend soll das Haus von Salis als Pfarrhaus zur Verfügung stehen. Besteht diesbezüglich kein Bedarf, so kann dieses und im Übrigen auch das Nebengebäude nach Ermessen des Stiftungsrates anderweitig genutzt werden. Im Weiteren können auch Vergabungen an gemeinnützige Institutionen der Region getätigt werden, die auch den Einwohnern der Gemeinde Jenins dienen.
