## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht darin, bevorzugt im Raume Zürich ein Heim für pflegebedürftige, betagte Menschen zu schaffen. Überdies bezweckt die Stiftung bevorzugt im Raum Zürich eine qualifizierte und angemessene Pflege von Patienten, insbesondere Spitex/Entlastungs- und Mahlzeitendienste, zu organisieren. Die Pflege erfolgt grundsätzlich entgeltlich. Zu diesem Zweck kann die Stiftung eine Wohnung oder Haus mieten oder kaufen. Weiterhin bezweckt die Stiftung, Kinder, die schwer erkrankt sind, z.B. an Krebs, und deren Kosten für Heilung und Wiedereingliederung nicht oder nicht voll durch eine Versicherung gedeckt sind, direkt oder indirekt durch Beiträge an geeignete Institutionen finanziell zu unterstützen. Sie kann auch Forschungsarbeiten auf diesem Gebiete unterstützen. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke, sie ist kostendeckend tätig. Zur Verwirklichung des Zweckes ist die Stiftung nicht auf Vermögenserträge und Einnahmen beschränkt, sondern kann Vergabungen aus dem Stiftungskapital vornehmen.
