## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Durchführung von Konzerten, Festivals, Ausstellungen, Lesungen und anderen kulturellen Veranstaltungen in Klosters oder Umgebung. Der Förderverein Kunst & Musik, Klosters (Support Association Art & Music, Klosters) wird die Stiftung aktiv unterstützen. Ein allfälliger aus der Verfolgung des gemeinnützigen Zwecks erzielter Gewinn (Konzerterlöse und Erlöse aus anderen Veranstaltungen) wird ausschliesslich für die Verfolgung dieses Zwecks und die Aufrechterhaltung der Stiftung verwendet.
