## Purpose

Die Stiftung hat den Zweck, die Grundlagen zu schaffen für den Bau eines Konzertsaals und Hotels durch einen herausragenden Architekten in Braunwald/Glarus Süd. Der Konzertsaal soll nicht nur architektonisch, sondern auch akustisch zu den international besten gehören. Das Konzept der kulturellen Inhalte in diesem Konzertsaal und Hotel wird in Form eines Jahresprogramms festgehalten und von internationaler Ausstrahlung geprägt sein. Die Sicherstellung der Finanzierung dieses Programms soll nachhaltig erfolgen. Diese Stiftung soll die spätere Organisation und Führung des Projekts nicht präjudizieren. Es ist jedoch möglich, aber nicht zwingend, dass die Stiftung beim Betrieb des Konzertsaals eine führende Rolle übernimmt. Die Stiftung kann namentlich: a) Suchen und Sichern eines geeigneten Grundstücks für das Projekt und Abschluss von entsprechenden (grundbuchlichen) Rechtsgeschäften; b) Suche und Gewinnung von Investoren und Mäzenen.
