## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht in der Vorsorge zugunsten von Kadermitarbeitern der Firma sowie deren Hinterbliebenen gegen die wirtschaftlichen Folgen von Alter, Invalidität und Tod, sowie in der Unterstützung des Vorsorgenehmers oder seiner Hinterlassenen in Notlagen wie Krankheit, Unfall, Invalidität, Arbeitslosigkeit. Der Stiftungszweck kann verwirklicht werden durch den Abschluss geeigneter Versicherungsverträge. Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte ist in jedem Falle die Stiftung. Sofern die versicherungstechnischen Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind, kann sie eine autonome Kasse errichten. Der Stiftung kann durch Beschluss des Stiftungsrates auch das Personal von Unternehmungen angeschlossen werden, die mit der Firma wirtschaftlich oder finanziell eng verbunden sind, sofern der Stiftung die erforderlichen Mittel zur Verfügung gestellt und die Rechte der bisherigen Destinatäre nicht geschmälert werden. Der Anschluss erfolgt auf dem Wege einer schriftlichen Anschlussvereinbarung, welche der Aufsichtsbehörde zu Kenntnis zu bringen ist.
