## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt den Betrieb des Instituts für Logotherapie und Existenzanalyse (ILE) zur Förderung, Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung der Logotherapie (Psychotherapie) und Existenzanalyse Viktor Frankls (Prof. für Neurologie und Psychiatrie, Wien) mit der Zielsetzung einer wissenschaftlichen Integration der Logotherapie in vor allem humanwissenschaftliche Disziplinen, wie z.B. in die klinische Psychologie, Medizin, und Psychiatrie, Pädagogik, Philosophie, Theologie usw. Das Institut bietet eine fünfjährige berufsbegleitende integrale psychotherapeutische Fachausbildung auf der Basis des existenzanalytisch-logotherapeutischen Menschenbildes, sowie eine Zusatzausbildung für logotherapeutische-existenzanalytische Beratung und Begleitung an, welche vier bis fünf Jahre dauert. Ärzte können für die Erlangung des FMH-Titels in Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie am Institut eine drei- bis vierjährige Ausbildung absolvieren. Die Stiftung beschafft sich die für die Zweckerfüllung notwendigen Mittel, strebt aber keinen Gewinn an. Die Stiftung kann zur Verwirklichung des Zweckes auch Grundstücke erwerben und veräussern, wenn dies der Erfüllung des Hauptzweckes dient.
