## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt, dass in allen Regionen der Schweiz Räume und Strukturen für regelmässige, einfach zugängliche Bewegungs- und Sportangebote existieren, die sozialen Kontakt ausserhalb des Vereinssports ermöglichen. Sie beschafft sich die dafür nötigen finanziellen Mittel von öffentlich- und privatrechtlichen Organisationen sowie auch von Privatpersonen. Die Stiftung ist im Rahmen ihrer Zwecksetzung in der ganzen Schweiz tätig. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinen gewerblichen Zweck.
