## Purpose

Falls nicht alle Wohnungen an die oben bestimmten Destinatäre abgegeben werden können, so darf der Wohnraum an Interessenten, die nicht in Winkel wohnen, im übrigen aber obige Bedingungen erfüllen, vermietet werden.
