## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Führung eines qualitativ anspruchsvollen privaten Bildungsangebotes in Immensee mit zeitgemässem christlichem Profil. Das Lehrerkollegium muss Bildung und Ausbildung so gestalten, dass die beteiligten Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen zu einer religiös fundierten Lebensgestaltung motiviert werden; dass sie in ihrer Selbstverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit, in ihrem Bemühen um den Mitmenschen und in der Solidarität mit Schwächeren gefördert werden; dass sie motiviert werden für den Dienst in Kirche und Gesellschaft, insbesondere den Einsatz zugunsten von Gerechtigkeit, Frieden und Bewahrung der Schöpfung im weltweiten Horizont. Die religiöse Ausrichtung muss einem aufgeschlossenen Christentum entsprechen, welches die Erkenntnisse neuerer Pastoralarbeit und -forschung immer wieder aufnimmt.
