## Purpose

Der Zweck der Stiftung besteht im Betreiben von Einrichtungen zugunsten von Frauen und Kindern, welche von physischer, psychischer und/oder sexueller Gewalt betroffen sind. Die Stiftung bezweckt zudem die Präventions- und Informationsarbeit bezüglich obgenannter Formen der Gewalt gegenüber Frauen und Kindern. Dazu dient namentlich das Betreiben folgender Fachstellen: Frauenhaus Bern; Frauenhaus Thun - Berner Oberland, Thun; Lantana Fachstelle Opferhilfe bei sexueller Gewalt, Bern; Vista, Fachstelle Opferhilfe bei sexueller und häuslicher Gewalt, Thun. Die Stiftung kann mit Fördervereinen zusammenarbeiten. Die Stiftung kann weitere Einrichtungen für Opfer von Gewalt betreiben oder sich an bestehenden ähnlichen Einrichtungen beteiligen. Zur Erreichung des Zweckes kann die Stiftung auch Liegenschaften kaufen oder verkaufen.
