## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung des sozialen Wohnungsbaus in Allschwil durch die Beschaffung von gesunden und billigen Wohnungen. Die Wohnungen sollen an Familien mit kleinen Einkommen und kleinen Vermögen vermietet werden. Die Vermietungsbedingungen sind in einem Reglement festzulegen, das durch den Stiftungsrat zu erlassen ist. Der Stiftungsrat setzt die Mietzinse auf der Basis der Selbstkosten unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Selbsterhaltung fest. Die Stiftung verzichtet auf jede Art von Spekulation mit Boden oder Häusern. Der Ankauf von Grundstücken und die Erstellung von Häusern darf nur erfolgen, wenn die Mittel für die Finanzierung des einzelnen Projektes gesichert sind.
