## Purpose

Im Sinne einer kulturellen Mission weltweite gemeinnützige Förderung der konstruktiven, konkreten und konzeptuellen Kunst und Gestaltung (hierin auch konstruktive Kunst genannt); kann insbesondere deren Geschichte dokumentieren und deren Weiterentwicklung unterstützen. Beabsichtigt die Gründung eines geeigneten Zentrums in Zürich, welches aus eigenen Beständen und mit Leihgaben einen Ueberblick über die wichtigen Tendenzen der konstruktiven Kunst geben und beispielsweise auch Nachlässen oder Werkgruppen bedeutender Künstler sowie Sammlungen Gastrecht gewähren kann. Davon ausgehend soll die Präsenz und Wirkung dieser Kunst in Museen und in einer weiteren Oeffentlichkeit weltweit gesichert werden. Zur Durchsetzung ihres Zweckes kann die Stiftung Forschung und Publizistik betreiben und unterstützen, Stipendien und Preise verleihen und jede andere Tätigkeit ausüben, welche geeignet ist, der Pflege und Ausbreitung der konkreten und konstruktiven Kunst und der ihr zugrundeliegenden geistigen Haltung zu dienen.
