## Purpose

In zweiter Linie die Anlage und Verwaltung von Stiftungsmitteln sowie der Abschluss aller Rechtsgeschäfte, welche der Verwirklichung des Zweckes dienen, wobei der Betrieb eines nach kaufmännischer Art geführten Gewerbes ausgeschlossen ist.
