## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Förderung und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Projekte mit Schwerpunkt in den Bereichen Bildung, Kulturaustausch und Gesundheitsförderung zu Gunsten von Menschen mit wenig Geld. Aufbau eines EduFlex Zentrums in Basel; b. Aufbau weiterer Zentren ausserhalb von Basel; c. Durchführung von Benefizveranstaltungen und kulturellen Veranstaltungen; d. Beratung und Kurse zu Bildungs- und Gesundheitsfragen.
