## Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Fürsorge für bedürftige katholische Geistliche des Bistums Chur durch Gewährung von Unterstützungen in Fällen von Alter, Tod, Krankheit, Invalidität und unverschuldeter Notlage. Darüber hinaus kann sie weitere Massnahmen treffen, die direkt oder indirekt der Förderung des Wohls der genannten Destinatäre und den katholischen Interessen im allgemeinen, insbesondere der katholischen Fürsorge, Seelsorge und Kultur, dienen. Ein Anschluss irgend einer anderen Stiftung gleicher oder ähnlicher Art an diese Stiftung ist durch Beschluss des Stiftungsrates jederzeit möglich. Die allenfalls erforderliche Zustimmung des Bischofs bleibt vorbehalten. Zur Erreichung des Stiftungszweckes kann die Stiftung Versicherungsverträge zu Gunsten der Destinatäre oder eines Teiles derselben abschliessen oder in solche bestehende Verträge eintreten.
