## Purpose

Über die Vergabungen und finanziellen Zuwendungen entscheidet der Stiftungsrat nach pflichtgemässem Ermessen abschliessend. Die Stiftung kann Immobilien erwerben, veräussern und alle weiteren damit verbundenen Eigentumsrechte ausüben.
