## Purpose

Instandstellung der Gebäude und Anlagen nach denkmalpflegerischen Grundsätzen; die Vermietung von Teilen der Gebäude und der Umgebung unter Verpflichtung zu sorgfältigem Umgang und gegen ein Entgelt, das die Verwaltung, den Unterhalt und die Erneuerung dieser Objekte durch die Stiftung sicher stellt; die Nutzung von Teilen der Gebäude, soweit ein eigener Bedarf besteht, inkl. deren Unterhalt; die Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Stallikon und den zuständigen Behörden des Kantons Zürich und der Eidgenossenschaft sowie mit lokalen, regionalen und nationalen Heimat- und Naturschutzorganisationen und weiteren zielverwandten Organisationen. Die Stiftung kann weitere Liegenschaften in der Region Knonaueramt erwerben oder entgegennehmen, soweit es ihre organisatorischen, finanziellen und wirtschaftlichen Verhältnisse erlauben.
